The Held Systems multi-layer system features a revolving cutting grid system and has a standard working area of 8 × 2.6 m. Other dimensions according to customer requirements can easily be implemented. The material is fed and discharged by conveyor belts.

In the highly dynamic Cartesian cutting system, the one or two cutting bridges are attached upside down to a solid support system. This ensures high cutting speeds and accuracies.

The cutting system can be combined with the laying system developed by Held Systems. This is fully integrated into the CNC control of the system. Among other things, the CNC drives and controls enable a higher laying accuracy and a minimal material buffer between the unwinding and laying axis. This considerably shortens the material changeover times.
